Coffee - a wealth of valuable ingredients

Coffee is a drink made of roasted and ground coffee beans. It is a complex mix of compounds, of which its main ingredient is caffeine. In addition to it, coffee contains over a thousand bioactive ingredients that have a wide range of health -promoting properties.

How does coffee work?

Caffeine has nootropic effect, which means that it changes the activity of neurotransmitters. Thanks to this, the coffee stimulates the central nervous system. Strengthens short -term memory, cognitive and psychomotor functions. The effects of its operation are also a subjective improvement in the improvement of vigilance, concentration and an increase in tolerance to fatigue. It has an analgesic effect and reduces the feeling of drowsiness and fatigue. Good quality coffee contains antioxidant substances that protect the body against free radicals. The results of current studies indicate that daily consumption of coffee can bring beneficial effects in the context of reducing the risk of some chronic diseases (e.g. diabetes, cardiovascular and nervous system diseases). According to EFSA (European Food Safety Office), the safe daily dose of caffeine is 400 mg. This corresponds to about 4 cups of coffee. However, it should be remembered that caffeine is not only in coffee, but also in e.g. tea, cocoa or chocolate. Eating this substance in larger quantities may result in negative consequences. These include, among others, headaches, anxiety, arrhythmias, sleep or irritability. Therefore, it is important not to exceed the recommended portion of caffeine during the day.

Coffee and magnesium

Coffeine contained in coffee, consumed in large quantities, has a diuretic effect, which contributes to the washing of magnesium from the body. However, the degree of this phenomenon is important because With reasonable consumption, there is no significant risk of magnesium deficiencies. Let's take a look at how it is possible. A cup of coffee contains about 7 mg of magnesium. It is easy to count that when drinking an average of 2-3 cups a day, we provide 14-21 mg of the aforementioned element. The daily amount of magnesium, which is excreted in urine, is about 4 mg. This means that this amount of caffeine is safe for our magnesium economy, because the balance remains positive. So let's emphasize That coffee does not flush magnesium, but it is its source.

Exceptional coffee with adaptogens

Supersonic Brain Coffee is an innovative coffee that contains an additional dose of magnesium. Thanks to this, it covers up to 50% of the daily demand for this element. It has been additionally enriched with valuable active ingredients and adaptogens, which strengthen its valuable action. A specially selected composition makes Brain Coffee not only have stimulating properties. In addition, it promotes concentration, improves memory, supports brain work and supports stress in the fight. It also contributes to reduction of nervousness and fatigue. It is an innovation on the market when it comes to coffee because it contains an ingredient classified as Novel Food - inactive yeast Yarrowia Lipolytica. They are a valuable source of B vitamins, beta-glucan and coenzyme Q10. They have many health -promoting properties - they support immunity and improve digestive processes. To sum up, coffee consumed in the right amount can have a positive effect on our body. Its diuretic effect is so small that any magnesium losses, with a properly diverse and balanced diet, will not be noticeable. Let's keep moderation by consuming this unique drink, and we will be able to fully use its advantages.
