It is a meal providing balanced proportions of all macronutrients - protein, fats and carbohydrates - along with fiber, vitamins and minerals. Products such as Smart Meal or Ready to Drink provide this in a convenient form, without planning, cooking or counting macronutrients.

Simply by purpose. In the store you will find a "Needs" filter: Slimming, Beauty, Training and Well-being - select yours and the list will narrow down to matching products. You can also browse by category: wholesome meals, protein supplements and porridges, collagen and functional drinks, matcha, capsule supplements, nut creams, fit snacks and accessories.

Measure one portion of the powder, add 300-400 ml of water or plant drink and mix in a shaker - it takes about 30 seconds. Ready to Drink versions are ready to drink immediately, without preparation.

Some products contain animal ingredients (including whey protein and collagen). Information on whether a given product is suitable for a vegan or vegetarian diet can be found on each product card.

Some products contain allergens, including: milk and nuts. The full list of ingredients and allergens can always be found on the packaging label and on the product card

Full composition, nutritional values ​​and portion sizes are provided on each product card and on the packaging label.

Functional products and dietary supplements are best used regularly, in accordance with the recommended portion given on the packaging. They do not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have chronic diseases or are taking medications, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Delivery is free for orders over PLN 175. Free delivery applies to periodic purchases (subscriptions) starting from PLN 100.

We process orders within 24-48 hours on business days. Order placed on a business day by 15:00 we usually ship the same day, with next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Yes. To Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Germany, Slovakia, Italy and Hungary, the delivery cost is EUR 8, and for orders over EUR 100, delivery is free. To Portugal, Romania, Spain and Ireland, the delivery cost is EUR 13.

Due to the fully automatic fulfillment model, thanks to which the parcel reaches you the next day, a one-time order cannot be changed or canceled after it has been placed. You can manage your recurring purchase (subscription) at any time from your account.

This is an automatically renewable order with regular delivery and automatic payment. You set the frequency of deliveries yourself (e.g. every 2, 4 or 8 weeks). Your first payment is made when you place your order, and you will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

A permanent discount of up to 17% on each order (regardless of ongoing promotions), free delivery from PLN 100, priority service and gifts attached to subsequent packages.

At any time from your account. Log in to supersonicfood.com, go to the "Manage Subscriptions" tab and change the frequency, postpone the next delivery date or cancel your subscription. We do not charge any penalties or require any notice period.

We attach gifts to subsequent packages (from the 1st to the 5th renewal) with a total value of up to PLN 300. The gift program applies to selected products - details can be found on the product page and in the description of the recurring purchase.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, only unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned; open products, perishable and with a short shelf life - in accordance with Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act - non-refundable. You can submit a return as soon as possible in the customer panel: log in, select the order in the "Orders" section, click "Request a return" and select the products. You can take advantage of free returns via dobrezwroty.pl (InPost parcel locker).

We will refund the funds no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
