Kyushu March grown in ideal climatic conditions, where the subtropical climate and mineral-rich soil originating from volcanic ash influence the unique, deep flavor of the leaves.

Taste defines intense umami with a silky texture, which ensures a long finish. They enrich the aromatic profile noble sea tones, being the hallmark of top-shelf Japanese teas. 

The tea leaves used to produce our matcha are carefully protected from the sun, which allows you to keep them intense green color, delicate aroma and full of umami.

Our Matcha is 100% organic, which is confirmed by the Japanese JAS certificate. 

Its unique composition, rich in antioxidants, vitamins and amino acids, is the perfect support for mind and body: sharpens concentration, gently stimulates and brings relief.

Preparation method:

Simple method: Pour 1.5–2 g of matcha (approx. 1 flat teaspoon) with 150–200 ml of water at 70–80°C. Mix with a frother or mixer. For a milder taste, use warm plant milk and add sweetener if necessary.

Traditional way: Sift 1.5–2 g of matcha (approx. 1 level teaspoon) into a bowl (chawan). Pour 70–150 ml of water 70–80°C. Beat with a bamboo whisk (chasen) for 15–30 seconds. until the drink is frothy.
