We offer free delivery on orders over PLN 175.

Deliveries from our store are made in cooperation with DHL (8 EUR)
How much does delivery cost within Europe?
We fulfill orders with delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Germany, Slovakia, Italy, Hungary. Delivery cost is EUR 8. For orders over EUR 100 - FREE DELIVERY.
Portugal, Romania, Spain, Ireland - delivery cost is EUR 13.
Can I return the products I ordered?
Yes, all products remaining intact (unopened, in original packaging) can be returned to us
How can I return my purchases from the Supersonic store?
Although it does not happen very often, by exercising your right to withdraw from the contract, you can return the purchased but not yet opened SUPERSONIC product - without giving a reason - within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, only products in their original, intact (sealed) packaging can be returned. Open products, perishable and with a short shelf life - in accordance with Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act - non-refundable.
How to report a return - the fastest way is in the customer panel
This is the most convenient and fastest form of return. All you need to do is:
- You will log in to the customer panel (by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the page) with the e-mail address provided when placing the order. We will send you a one-time login code automatically.
- In the "Orders" section, select the appropriate order and click "Request a refund".
- You will indicate the returned products and confirm your notification.
We will take care of the rest - you will receive confirmation and further instructions to the e-mail address provided.
Other ways of submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract provided for by law (including in writing to the address of the Seller's registered office) are described in § 7 Regulations store.
How to send back a parcel
After reporting your return, send the product to the following address:
SUPERSONIC Arteria Logistics Pass 20L / warehouse 7, 05-870 Błonie with the note: RETURN (order number)
Free return option: use www.szybkiezwroty.pl and send the parcel using an InPost parcel locker.
When will you receive your refund?
You will receive your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product. The funds will be returned to you using the same payment method with which you paid for the order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed in the Supersonic store are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Due to the fully automatic service model, thanks to which our order reaches you the next day, it is not possible to make changes to the order after it has been placed.
Can I change or cancel my subscription (automatically renewable orders)?
Subscriptions are automatically renewable orders that ensure your products are shipped and your payment is collected automatically at the frequency you set. If you want to cancel it or make any changes, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Log in to your account at www.supersonicfood.com (use the e-mail address provided when purchasing) - click in the upper right corner of the page.
2. In the customer panel, go to the tab "Manage subscriptions".
3. From here you can at any time cancel your subscription or move the date next shipment.
