What companies deliver from the Supersonic store?
Deliveries from our store are made in cooperation with DPD, DHL and InPost. Thanks to this, you are able to choose the best method of delivering our products to you. The available options are DPD courier, DHL courier, InPost courier, InPost parcel lockers and Orlen Paczka.
How much does delivery cost within Europe?
We fulfill orders with delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Germany, Slovakia, Sweden, Italy, Hungary and Latvia. The cost of such delivery is PLN 35.
For orders over PLN 180, FREE DELIVERY to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I return the products I ordered?
Yes, all products remaining intact (unopened, in original packaging) can be returned to us
How can I return my purchases from the Supersonic store?
Although it doesn't happen very often, using the right of return you can return a Supersonic product you have purchased but not yet opened without giving any reason. Only product packaging that has not yet been damaged can be returned. In order to make a return, please send your return information to the e-mail address: return@biz.supersonicfood.com along with the completed return form
When ordering over EUR 50, FREE DELIVERY to the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium. The product must be returned to the following address: SUPERSONIC Arteria Logistics, Pass 20L/warehouse 7, 05-870 Błonie with the note RETURN.
To take advantage of the free return, go to www.szybkiezwroty.pl and fill in the necessary data to send the parcel via Paczkomat Inpost. Please include a printed and signed return form with your shipment. The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest
from the date we receive the intact packaging.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed in the Supersonic store are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Due to the fully automatic service model, thanks to which our order reaches you the next day, it is not possible to make changes to the order after it has been placed.
