Add 100g of the product to 400ml of milk, water or plant drink - 2 full scoops of the product or 5 heaped tablespoons, then mix/shake thoroughly for 15 seconds.

Half portion:
Add 50g of the product to 200ml of milk, water or plant drink - 1 full measure of the product or 5 flat tablespoons of the product, then mix/shake thoroughly for 15 seconds.

Store at room temperature in a dry place, in tightly closed original packaging. Once opened, consume within 3 months. Keep out of the reach of small children. Precipitation after product preparation is a natural phenomenon. Consume immediately after preparation.

Preparing SUPERSONIC SMART MEAL is incredibly simple and will take you less than a minute. 

Whole portion: Pour 100 g of the product (2 measuring cups) into 400 ml of milk/plant drink or water. Mix for 15 sec.

Half portion: Pour 50 g of the product (1 measuring cup) into 200 ml of milk/plant drink or water. Mix for 15 sec.

Allergenic ingredients are highlighted in the ingredients on the label. These are oatmeal and milk.
