§ 1
Definitions
For the purposes of these regulations, the following terms have the following meanings:
1. Buyer – a natural person with full legal capacity, person
a legal entity or an organizational unit without legal personality,
2. Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller not related to
directly related to its business or professional activity,
3. Entrepreneur with consumer rights - an entrepreneur who is bound by the provisions of the Code
civil law confers some of the consumer's rights,

5. Online store - a domain enabling the purchase of the Seller's product electronically, available at the Internet address: supersonicfood.com.
§ 2
Preliminary provisions
1. Through the Store, the Seller provides the Buyer with the opportunity to conclude a contract for the delivery of products described on the Store's website. The Regulations define the terms and conditions of using the Store, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and Buyers.
2. To use the Store, it is not necessary to meet any special conditions
technical via the Buyer's computer or other device. Sufficient are:
a. Internet access,
b. Standard operating system,
c. Standard web browser,
d. Having an active e-mail address.
3. The Buyer cannot make a purchase in the Store anonymously or under a pseudonym.
4. When using the Store, it is prohibited to provide illegal content, in particular by sending such content via the forms available in the Store.
5. The provisions of the regulations also apply to the Entrepreneur's consumer rights, except for places where it is clearly indicated otherwise.
6. All product prices given on the Store's website are gross prices. About the total price
order, as well as about delivery costs, the Consumer is informed on the Store's website when placing the order, including when the Consumer expresses his will
being bound by a sales contract.
§ 3
Services provided electronically
1. Through the Store, the Seller provides services to the Buyer by road
electronically, as well as sales with delivery.
2. The basic service provided electronically to the Buyer by the Seller is to enable the Buyer to place an order in the Store, leading to the conclusion of a contract with the Seller. It is possible to place an order without having an account in the Store.
3. Other services provided electronically to the Buyer by the Seller are:
a. creating an account in the Store. To use this service, you must provide your e-mail address, enter your chosen password and accept the consents by checking the check-boxes;
b. providing articles in three thematic categories (Diet/Health/Food and ingredients) under the "Guide" tab. Access to articles is possible without having an account;
c. sending the Newsletter. Receiving messages as part of the Newsletter
it is possible after providing the e-mail address and accepting the consent by checking the check-box;
d. providing a calorie requirement calculator. Access to the calculator is possible without having an account.
4. The service of having an account in the Store is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.
The Consumer may, at any time and without giving a reason, delete the Account by sending an appropriate message to the Seller, in particular via e-mail return@supersonicfood.com or in writing SUPERSONIC Food, ul. Bruzdowa 100C / 2, 02-991 Warszawa.
5. The Newsletter service allows for free sending to the Consumer with his consent
marketing e-mail messages, especially those regarding the offer
Sellers - promotions, discount codes, new products. In the case of will
unsubscribe from this service, the Consumer selects the "Unsubscribe from the newsletter" option shown as
a separate field in the footer of each e-mail message sent by the Seller
as part of the said service.
6 . The services are provided electronically to the Buyer free of charge. They are paid
and sales contracts and contracts for the delivery of products concluded for
via the Store.
7 . In order to ensure the safety of the Buyer and transfer data in connection with
using the Store, the Seller takes technical and organizational measures
appropriate to the degree of threat to the security of the services provided, in particular
measures to prevent individuals from obtaining and modifying personal data
unauthorized.
8 . The Seller takes steps to ensure the full proper functioning of the Store. The Buyer should inform the Seller about any irregularities or interruptions in the operation of the Store.
9 . The Buyer may submit any complaints related to the operation of the Store
via e-mail to the e-mail address return@supersonicfood.com. In the complaint, the Buyer should provide the name and surname, correspondence address, as well as the type and date of occurrence of the irregularity related to the operation of the Store. The Seller will consider all complaints within 14 days of receiving the complaint and will inform the Buyer about its resolution to the e-mail address of the person submitting the complaint.
§ 4
Placing an order
1. Placing an order is done by completing the order form after
prior adding the products of interest to the Buyer to the cart. In the form
it is necessary to provide the data necessary to complete the order, i.e.:
a. name and surname,
b. shipping city with postal code,
c. shipping street with building number and apartment number,
d. e-mail address,
e. telephone number.
In the case of legal entities, you must also provide the NIP number and company name.
2. At the stage of placing the order, the payment method for the order is also selected. The condition for placing an order is the acceptance of the Regulations
The buyer should familiarize himself with it in advance. If you have any doubts regarding
regulations, the Buyer may contact the Seller.
3 . After clicking the button finalizing the order, the Buyer will be redirected to
payment gateways, according to your chosen payment method. After successful payment, the Buyer will be redirected to the Store's website with order confirmation. From this moment, the contract is considered concluded between the Buyer and the Seller. Confirmation of the conclusion of the contract will be sent to the Buyer to the e-mail address provided in the order form.
4 . The Buyer must provide true personal data in the order form. Buyer
is responsible for providing false personal data. Seller
reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order in a situation where the Buyer has provided false data or when these data raise reasonable doubts for the Seller as to their correctness. In such a case, the Buyer will be informed by phone or e-mail about the Seller's doubts. In such a situation, the Buyer has the right to explain all circumstances related to the verification of the accuracy of the provided data. If there is no data allowing the Seller to contact the Buyer, the Seller will provide any explanations after the Buyer contacts the Buyer.
5 . The Buyer declares that all data provided by him in the order form is accurate
true, while the Seller is not obliged to verify their truthfulness and correctness, although he has such a right in accordance with section 7 above.
§ 5
Delivery and payment
1. Available payment methods for the order are described on the Store's website and presented to the Buyer at the stage of placing the order.

3. In case of payment by credit cards, the following types of cards are available: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro.
4. Delivery is covered by the Buyer in accordance with the prices given when placing the order.
5. Personal collection of the Product by the Buyer is not possible.
6. The deadline for sending the order to the Buyer is up to __ business days (counted from...
crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account), unless specified in the description
a given product or a different date was specified when placing the order. In case
Products with different delivery dates, the delivery date is the longest given date.
7. The Seller undertakes to send the shipment on time, but is not responsible for any delays in delivery that are not due to his fault.
8 . The provisions of this paragraph also apply to the Entrepreneur with rights
consumer.
§ 6
Intellectual property rights
1. The Seller hereby instructs the Buyer that the content contained in the Store and the products
electronic data are protected by copyright, and the copyrights belong to the Seller.
2. Unlawful dissemination of content or materials referred to in section 1 above,
may result in civil or criminal liability.
§ 7
Consumer's withdrawal from the contract
1. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract with the Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
2. To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller about his decision
withdrawal from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration sent by post to the following address:

read the return form. The return form template is available on the subpage
https://supersonicfood.com/wysylka/.
3. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is enough for the Consumer to send
information regarding the exercise of the Consumer's right of withdrawal
contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.
4. The letter should include the Buyer's Personal Data and the Buyer's claim.

6. The provisions of this paragraph also apply to the Entrepreneur with rights
consumer.
§ 8
Liability for defects
1. The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with a product free from defects.
2. The Seller is liable to the Buyer if the product sold has a physical or legal defect (warranty for defects).
3. If the Buyer finds a defect in the product, he should inform the Seller about it,
at the same time specifying or submitting your claim related to the detected defect
statement of relevant content.
4. The Buyer may contact the Seller both by traditional mail and by post
by e-mail to the addresses indicated, among others: in §7 section 2 of these Regulations.
5. The Seller will respond to the complaint submitted by the Buyer within 14 days from the date of delivery of the complaint to the Buyer via the means of communication through which the complaint was submitted.
§ 9
Personal data and cookies
1. The Seller is the administrator of the Buyer's personal data.
2. The Buyer's personal data are processed for the purpose of handling orders, user accounts and possible defense, investigation or determination of claims related to contracts concluded via the Store.

§ 10
Out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims
1. The Seller agrees to submit any disputes arising in connection with
concluded contracts through mediation proceedings. Details will be determined
by the parties to the conflict.
2. The consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court settlement methods
complaints and pursuing claims. Among other things, the Consumer has the opportunity to:
a. submitting a request to a permanent consumer arbitration court
resolving a dispute arising from the concluded contract,
b. submitting a request to the voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection
initiation of mediation proceedings to amicably resolve the dispute
between the Buyer and the Seller,
c. use the assistance of the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or
a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.
3. More detailed information on out-of-court remedies
complaints and redress, the Consumer can look for on the website
http://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
4. The consumer may also use the ODR platform, which is available at:
http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The platform serves to resolve disputes between
consumers and entrepreneurs seeking out-of-court settlement of a dispute
regarding contractual obligations arising from the online sales contract or
contracts for the provision of services.
§ 11
Final provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to introduce and cancel offers, promotions and to change prices in the Store without prejudice to the rights acquired by the Buyer, in particular the terms of contracts concluded before the change was made.
2. All disputes related to contracts concluded via the Store will be considered by a Polish common court competent for the permanent place of business activity of the Seller. This provision does not apply to Consumers, in the case of whom the jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the court are considered on general principles.
3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations. The Regulations in force on the date of conclusion of the contract shall apply to contracts concluded before the amendment to the Regulations.
4. These Regulations are valid from March 21, 2024.
