Which companies handle deliveries from the Supersonic store?

Deliveries from our store are carried out in cooperation with DPD, DHL, and InPost. This allows you to choose the best method for receiving our products. The available options are DPD courier, DHL courier, InPost courier, and InPost parcel lockers.

How much does delivery within Europe cost?

We fulfill orders with delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Germany, Slovakia, Sweden, Italy, Hungary, and Latvia. The cost of such delivery is 8 EUR.

For orders over 40 EUR, FREE DELIVERY is available to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Can I return the products I ordered?

Yes, all products that remain in their original condition (unopened, in the original packaging) can be returned to us within 14 days.

How can I return my purchases from the Supersonic store?

Although it doesn’t happen very often, by exercising your right of return, you may return your purchased but unopened Supersonic product without providing any reason. Only product packages that remain completely unopened are eligible for return.

To use the free return option, go to www.szybkiezwroty.pl and fill in the necessary information to send the package via InPost Parcel Locker.
Include the printed and signed return form inside the package.

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive the unopened product package.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed in the Supersonic store are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Due to our fully automated order processing system, which ensures that your order reaches you as early as the next day, it is not possible to make any changes to the order once it has been placed.
