Which companies deliver the Supersonic products?
Deliveries from our store are made in cooperation with DPD and InPost. Thanks to this you are able to choose the best method of delivering our products to you. Available options are DPD, InPost and InPost Paczkomaty.
What is the shipping cost?
Currently, we ship our products to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Great Britain, Italy, Ireland, Poland and Latvia. The shipping fee is 5 EUR.
In Poland, for orders over 25 EUR the shipping is free.
Can I return the ordered products?
Yes, all products remaining intact (unopened, in their original packaging) can be returned to us within 14 days.
How can I return the products I bought?
Although this does not happen very often, by exercising your right of return you can return a Supersonic product you have purchased but not yet started. Only product packaging that has not yet been damaged will be returned. In order to make a return, please send the return information to firstname.lastname@example.org. The product should be returned at your own expense to Supersonic – Zwrot, Omnipack sp. z o.o., Aleja Katowicka 66, 05-830 Nadarzyn bud. DC04 ramp 10.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed in the Supersonic store are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sent on Monday.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Due to the fully automatic model of service, thanks to which our order is delivered to you the next day, it is not possible to make any changes to the order after it is placed.
However, all products ordered by the Supersonic store can be returned within 14 days, if they have not been opened or damaged.
