Which companies deliver the SUPERSONIC products?
Deliveries to European countries are made from our store are made in cooperation with DPD and DHL.
What is the shipping cost?
Currently, we ship our products to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Denmark, Hungary, Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Slovakia, Sweden, Italy, Ireland and Latvia.
For orders over 40 EUR, FREE SHIPPING in Germany, Austria, Poland, Belgium and Netherlands.
The standard shipping fee for other countries is between 5-7 EUR.
Can I return the ordered products?
Yes, all products remaining intact (unopened, in their original packaging) can be returned to us within 14 days.
How can I return the products I bought?
Although this does not happen very often, by exercising your right of return you can return a Supersonic product you have purchased but not yet started. Only product packaging that has not yet been damaged will be returned. In order to make a return, please send the return information to email@example.com. The product should be returned at your own expense to Supersonic – Arteria Logistics sp. z o.o., Pass 20L/magazyn 7, 05-870 Błonie.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed in the Supersonic store are shipped within 48-72 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sent on Monday.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Due to the fully automatic model of service, thanks to which our order is delivered to you the next day, it is not possible to make any changes to the order after it is placed.
However, all products ordered by the Supersonic store can be returned within 14 days, if they have not been opened or damaged.
