Is the maltitol used in protein creams safe?
Yes, unlike some artificial sweeteners, maltitol has no side effects or adverse health effects. However, excessive use (very high consumption of around 40g/d) can have a laxative effect.

The product may contain nuts and sesame seeds, if you are allergic to these it is not recommended that you consume the product.
