The growing interest caused a real explosion of flavors - from classic vanilla, through cinnamon cookies, for exotic combinations of mango & coconut. Contrary to appearances, choosing an aroma is not only a matter of whim - it can determine the regularity of product consumption, and thus the effectiveness of the diet. This article is to help you choose consciously. The following ranking is based on three pillars: sales data (01.2024–05.2025), analysis of 7,176 reviews in five Polish online stores and sensory panel tests (30 people, QDA method). I discuss all conclusions in cooperation with a clinical dietitian to assess nutritional values in addition to taste sensations. Popularity methodology. I combined data from the Ceneo panel (Sale of Arts), Allegar "Buy Now", Google Trends and orders from the Supersonic store. Each taste was assigned points on a scale of 0-100. Result Popular score This is weighted average: 50 % sales, 30 % Google search, 20 % review rate.

We analyzed 7,176 reviews (stores: Supersonic, Gybeam, Allegro, Ceneo, Amazon). Each taste was assigned an average rating and confidence score weighted the number of opinions.

The most common pros: "natural sweetness", "no artificial aftertaste", "dissolves without lumps". The minuses concerned salted caramel ("too sweet for diabetics") and mango -cokos ("slightly soap aroma").

A survey (n = 1000, 2025) indicates that 78 % of consumers choose sweet flavors, 22 % dry (e.g. tomato -base, spinach -sex). Reason? Breakfast is associated with dessert, and dry porridge reminds the soup to many people. Despite this, the "Savory Oats" segment is growing by 45 % RDR, especially among people on the KETO diet. A seasoned porridge with Parmesan cheese and spinach contains 5g vs 11G sugars in a banana -truskawa.
What aromas do best mask the taste of protein nutrients?
The whey aroma is slightly milky, and plant proteins - earthy. The QDA test (n = 30) shows that alkalized cocoa masks the aftertaste by 84 %, and freeze -dried strawberry - 63 %.
