Fat has not one name!
Every day, each of us consumes various types of fats, often not realizing how different they differ in nutritional value and how different they affect our health. In the nutrition area, the influence of fats is one of the most important search areas in contemporary nutritional issues.
Particularly important for our body is the consumption of fats belonging to the essential unsaturated fatty acids. EFAs can be of a monounsasted or polyunsathed character with additional double bonds. Omega-9 acids include omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. While omega-9 acids, a young and healthy body is able to synthesize them independently, polyunsaturated acids are not anymore. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that our daily diet is not lacking. The greatest attention is currently attached to alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentenic (EPA) and docosahexaenic (DHA) classified as the Omega 3 family and linoleic acid (LA) and arachidon (Ara) belonging to the Omega 6 family. All listed acids contain our Product SuperSonic Food Powder.
Omega 3 to Omega 6 acid ratio
The right proportion between omega-3 and omega-6 acids is crucial for the body. Fatty acids from the Omega 3 family are metabolized by the same enzymes (elongase and desaturase) as omega 6 acids. The consumption of a greater amount of one of these acids means that the body is able to process a smaller amount of the other acid of the same amount of building material. In this situation, inflammation may appear, because for the high level of Omega-6 in relation to Omega-3 causes the latter pushing the latter from their metabolic routes and disturbs their positive effects. Therefore, it is recommended that the ratio of omega 3 to 6 acids be 1: 4 or 1: 5, respectively. The situation is completely different in the case of monounsaturated acids. Omega -9 acid has other metabolic routes, so there is no mutual disorders in action.
Omega acids - a portion of health at a premium!
Research has been conducted for many years, whose main goal is to confirm the unusual properties of Omega 3-6-9 acids and their positive effect on our organisms. Today, they have been considered one of the healthiest foods found in food for our organisms. (1) Eating polyunsaturated acids from the Omega-3 family (DHA and EPA) has a positive effect on many diseases, such as: ischemic heart disease, hypertension, thrombosis, atherosclerosis and cancer. In addition, they can modulate inflammatory reactions in allergies, rheumatism and in many dermatological diseases. These acids are in a high concentration in the brain and there are many indications that they have a great impact on our cognitive and behavioral functions. They increase brain efficiency and minimize the risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's dementia or disease. (3) It has also been proven that the consumption of polyunsaturated acids from the omega-3 family (DHA and EPA) reduces the frequency of sudden heart deaths. (4) Omega-6 fatty acids support hair growth and skin cells. In addition, they regulate metabolism and play an important role in the proper functioning of the reproductive system. They support the treatment of hormonal disorders and skin diseases. They take part in the production of many hormones, including neurotransmitters, improving the work of the central nervous system. They control blood pressure, kidneys, heart and digestive system. (2)
Why was the form of omega 3-6-9 acid bioestors used?
Bioestry is a form of fatty acids without triglycerides, pesticides and heavy metals present in the molecule of traditional oil. Acid bioesters contained in the Supersonic Liquid - retain the ideal proportions of Omega 3 to Omega 6, which makes them better absorbed by our digestive system. In addition, this proportion guarantees the highest absorption of fatty acids from omega groups to all cells of the human body, thus increasing the bioavailability of the preparation while ensuring high biorenetcy.
