Diet and physical activity
Physical activity is inextricably linked to the increased energy demand of the body. The rules of nutrition during increased physical effort depend to a large extent on its type. In order for the diet to be valuable to the body, it should contain all the necessary nutrients in the right proportions. In addition to basic proteins, carbohydrates and fats, macro and microelements, vitamins and mineral salts are needed in nutrition of athletes. The exact amount of macro and micronutrients depends not only on the type of physical activity, but also on the current body weight, growth or sex.
