In the environment of athletes, often underestimated, while among typical consumers demonized and avoided. Of course, we are talking about fats and a phenomenon that can be safely called "fatty". Unfortunately, many people who have no idea about dietetics believe that their subcutaneous fat will grow faster if they consume greasy dishes, which food producers carefully use by frequent smuggling "without fat", "light" and other slogans to refer to the fact that it is fat. In strength sports, in turn, we often put in a large advantage on carbohydrates wanting to complete glycogen lost during training - which is most understandable - but in the whole aspect of nutrition we forget that without fat from food, our body is very difficult to conduct efficiently metabolic processes. Which fats are above all valuable and what does it actually mean "fatty acids bioesters"? You will learn it in a moment!.
In 1974, the Canadian Health Minister - Marc Lalonde - published the report "A New Perspective on the Health of Canadans", in which he presented the concept of "Health fields". This diagram is certainly associated by anyone who finished the field of study related to health promotion. Lalonde maintained that health care, physical environment or even genetic factors - these are elements that do not affect even 50% on the possibility of maintaining health or developing the disease.
The contribution of elements affecting our health is as follows:
Healthcare - 10%
Genetic factors - 16%
Physical environment - 21%
Lifestyle - 53%
This means that our health is in our hands, and 53% chances of maintaining it are the choices we make every day.
So how does we get these daily choices? Looking at statistics, quite poorly. Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death in the world. Nearly 40% of people die in the results of atherosclerosis, leading to a heart attack. Atrial fibrillation, hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases, which incredibly reflect the condition of our overall health are equally important.
The results of the WOBASZ study indicate that our health prospects in terms of maintaining the heart like a bell look quite unsuccessful:
Overweight and obesity - 68% men and 56% of women
Lack of physical activity - 57% of men and 55% of women
Dyslipidemia and hypercholesterolemia - 70% men and 64% of women
Hypertension - 46% men and 40% of women
Smoking tobacco products - 30% men and 21% of women
It is alarming that at least 1 of the risk factors occur in 90% of men and 89% of women. Other risk factors include, for example, insulin resistance, non -alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD), menopause, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, hormonal replacement therapy and doping. Considering the human carbohydrate disorders themselves, the facts do not present themselves in luminous colors. Over 3.5 million Poles suffer from type 2 diabetes, and 5 million are struggling with pre -diabetes. This is a moment when we do not have an empty stomach glucose yet> 125 units, or> 200 after a meal, but it is not much lacking to feed this group. Let's call it a "half -to diabetes" condition. However, pre -diabetes states do not come from nowhere. They are preceded by insulin resistance. And here we have a problem once again, because the statistics are unclear. It is not entirely known how many people in Poland suffer from insulin resistance, because it is estimated that even every third patient has not yet been diagnosed and does not know about his illness. Meanwhile, its early diagnosis and proper treatment - especially with the help of a proper diet and physical activity - gives the opportunity to avoid health -dangerous complications, such as a heart attack.
What if you are a prince or a fairy tale princess? You are not overweight, you do not smoke cigarettes, you do not have hypertension, but you are crazy about training?
Over 42% of the so -called healthy population has hidden hypertoper -gapsilceridemia that is a direct threat to health and life. Although these are the results of research carried out in the United States of America, but translating this into Polish realities, it would mean that about 8 million Poles are covered by the risk of abnormal fat metabolism, especially saturated and trans, living in a lot of participation in processed products such as chips, sweets and cookies.
Diagnostics
Previous thinking about the risk factors for developing cardiovascular diseases has been limited to the use of statins, as well as the implementation of a diet with a lower fat content, primarily saturated. The need to reduce salt and alcohol as well as smoking tobacco products is also mentioned. It must be openly admitted that these recommendations do not look good. First of all, issues related to the harmfulness of fatty acids saturated with human health are usually not true. People with APO E polymorphism have problems with metabolizing them, but this is a fairly narrow group of people. Let's think a bit. If the meat or coconut oil were actually harmful, then a large part of the inhabitants of Asia and Oceania would not live 40 years old ...
There are really many atherogenic indicators. Total cholesterol, total cholesterol ratio to LDL and others. Reference ranges that a healthy person should present with a minimal risk of developing cardiovascular disease:
Fasting glucose <90
HDL> 45 <85
TG> 45 <85
HDL = TG
HDL: LDL = 1: 2-3
LDL> 100 <200
Ob <3 CRP <1
Homocysteine> 6 <8
Low AST and ALT
ASO <200
Is that all? Unfortunately not.
Postprandial lipemia is an independent risk factor for ischemic heart disease. It is associated with increasing the concentration of exogenous fatty acids in the blood and extra-way triglycerides, as well as with increased inflammatory activity. Induced by a meal changes in lipid concentration can persist up to 12 hours after a meal, however, after eating a standardized high -fat meal, the peak of changes falls on 3-4. hour. In people with a metabolic syndrome, hyperlipmia or diabetes type 2, postpatient lipemia measured as an absolute increase in triglycerides achieves higher values than in healthy people. Increased postprandial lipemia can be a significant factor of residual risk, i.e. cardiovascular risk, in those people who have atherogenic dyslipidemia (hypertopalceridemia, HDL deficiency and the presence of small, dense LDL).
The oral fat tolerance test, oftt (Lipid Test Control) can be compared with the test of oral glucose load, but is used to estimate lipid metabolism. The test provides information on incorrect postprandial fat metabolism.
Lipid Test Control is a standardized diagnostic meal used to diagnose abnormal post -serial triglyceridemia.
Relative indications for conducting oftt are a preventive examination of lipid profile in all men over 35 years of age and women over 45 years, incorrect TG level in an empty stomach and not fasting, diagnosed atherosclerosis, type II 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, hypertension, coronary disease, overweight (BMI above 27 kg/m2) cigarettes, menopause, burdening the family's interview.
Omega -3, -6 and -9 fatty acids bioesters
Fatty acids from the omega-3, -6 and -9 family are included in the EFA group - i.e. essential, unsaturated fatty acids. As you can easily guess, we cannot produce these compounds in our own liver. We must provide them with food. As scientific evidence shows, this is extremely difficult for the vast majority of consumers. This explains the common chronic inflammatory diseases, heart diseases, as well as overweight and obesity. Bioesters, or ethyl esters of omega-3, -6 and -9 fatty acids, turn out to be an incredibly useful element. What is it? The form of ethyl esters ensures excellent bioavailability and high bioretention of fatty acids in the human body. This guarantees quick transport to all body cells and a beneficial health effect. Moreover, the esterification process takes place in anaerobic conditions, which increases the durability of the product. Technological processes remove all impurities and obtain ultrapure monoesters. Therefore, in SUPERSONIC Food Powder PLUS, the therapeutic dose is only 5 ml of esters enclosed in a sachet. This is a huge saving in calories used, while maximizing health effects.
Nutrition rules
To sum up, our daily diet is most often processed, rich in salt and sugar as flavor enhancers, trans fatty acids to ensure taste sensations and shelf life of food products. There is also a huge amount of wheat, which we eat in the form of buns and donuts, rolls, pizza bases, wafers, toast and all kinds of other food products, such as pasta, dumplings, dumplings, dumplings and others. By eating this way - floury and often fatty, with the addition of cream, butter, lard, rapeseed oil and others, we supply our body with an excessive amount of calories, thus spoiling our figure, well-being and health. The consequences of overweight and obesity are the deterioration of the cardiovascular system, which is a direct path to atherosclerosis and death. Also remember about triglycerides, it is a silent death. Many of us are unaware of the condition of our cardiovascular system until we suffer a heart attack. Therefore, it is worth starting prevention, for example by changing eating habits. It is worth considering using Supersonic Food Powder PLUS as a dietary supplement. Today.
