Preparation method: Add one portion of the product (30g - 1 flat measuring cup or 2 tablespoons) to 200ml of water, milk or plant drink. Mix for 15 seconds.

Dietary supplement. Recommended daily intake – 1 serving. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.
Store at room temperature in a dry place, in tightly closed original packaging. Once opened, consume within 3 months. Keep out of the reach of small children. Precipitation after product preparation is a natural phenomenon. Consume immediately after preparation.

We have not added a single gram of white sugar to the product. The sugar content in the product comes only from natural ingredients. It does not contain added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
Allergenic ingredients are highlighted in the ingredients on the label. It is milk (whey protein concentrate from milk) and fish collagen.
Before consuming, we recommend that you read the composition of the product.
