SUPERSONIC Life Energy Coach application regulations

§ 1. Definitions

  • Service provider — Supersonic Food PL sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw, ul. Bruzdowa 100c/2, 02-991 Warsaw, KRS 0000839873, NIP 9512501164, REGON 385996745.
  • Application - SUPERSONIC Life Energy Coach mobile application.
  • User — an adult natural person using the Application as a consumer.
  • Coach — Application function based on an artificial intelligence model, generating responses, reports and recommendations.
  • Shop - SUPERSONIC online store run on the Shopify platform, subject to separate sales regulations.
  • Access period - the period during which the User has access to the full functions of the Application, granted in accordance with § 4.

§ 2. General provisions

  1. The Regulations define the rules for using the Application, including access conditions, liability rules and complaint procedure.
  2. Using the Application requires acceptance of the Regulations and reading the Privacy Policy.
  3. The application is intended only for persons over 18 years of age.
  4. To use the Application, you need a mobile device with iOS version at least 16.4 or Android version at least 8.0 and access to the Internet.

§ 3. Nature of the service - health reservations

  1. The application is exclusively educational and lifestyle (wellness). The application, including Coach, does not constitute a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), is not intended to diagnose, treat, alleviate or prevent disease and does not replace consultation with a doctor, pharmacist or dietitian.
  2. Content generated by Coach is created automatically based on an AI model and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not make health decisions based solely on them.
  3. In case of health problems, pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking medications or chronic diseases, the User should consult the use of supplements with a doctor or pharmacist.
  4. Product information presented in the Application does not constitute health claims that go beyond those permitted by the provisions on nutrition and health claims (Regulation (EC) 1924/2006).

§ 4. Account and access to the Application

  1. Creating an account requires providing an e-mail address and verifying it.
  2. Full access to the Application's functions is granted to Users who made a purchase in the Store after matching the verified e-mail address with the purchase data or after entering the access code received after the purchase.
  3. One-time purchase: Each purchase extends your Access Period by 30 days from the date of purchase or the end of the current Access Period, whichever is later.
  4. Subscription: An active subscription renews the Access Period for 75 days from each renewal. Subscription periods do not add up to previous periods.
  5. You may cancel your subscription at any time before it renews by using the appropriate option in your account panel. Canceling your subscription prevents you from being charged for the next period and results in your access to the full features of the Application expiring at the end of the paid period, in accordance with the Store's policies.

§ 5. Rules of use

  1. The User undertakes to provide true data and not to make the account available to third parties.
  2. It is prohibited to use the Application in a manner contrary to the law, decency or in order to disrupt its operation (including attempts to bypass security measures, reverse engineering, automatic querying of the Coach).
  3. The Service Provider may suspend or delete an account violating the Regulations, after being requested to stop the violation, unless the violation is gross.

§ 6. Liability

  1. The Service Provider provides the service with due diligence, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Application (service work, failures of external suppliers).
  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on the content generated by the Coach, subject to mandatory provisions on consumer protection.
  3. The Service Provider's liability towards the User who is a consumer is regulated by generally applicable provisions, including the Act on Consumer Rights and the provisions on the provision of digital content and services.

§ 7. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Application may be submitted to the following address: contactus@biz.supersonicfood.com
  2. In order to streamline the complaint process, it is recommended that the notification include the e-mail address assigned to the User's account and a short description of the reported problem.
  3. The Service Provider considers the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and responds to the address from which the complaint was sent.
  4. The Service Provider informs about the possibility of using out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims. A user who is a consumer may use the EU ODR online platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
  5. Complaints regarding product purchases are considered according to the principles set out in the Store's regulations.

§ 8. Termination of the contract and deletion of the account

  1. The User may stop using the Application at any time and request deletion of the account by writing to contactus@biz.supersonicfood.com
  2. Account deletion includes the data described in the Privacy Policy; does not affect concluded product sales contracts.
  3. Deleting your account during the paid Access Period does not entitle you to a refund for products purchased in the Store, subject to consumer rights.

§ 9. Changes to the Regulations

  1. The Service Provider may change the Regulations for important reasons (change in regulations, change in the functions of the Application, security reasons).
  2. The User will be informed about the changes by sending a message to the e-mail address assigned to the account, at least 14 days before they enter into force. If the changes are not accepted, the User is entitled to terminate the contract before the date of their entry into force, without incurring any additional costs on this account.

§ 10. Final provisions

  1. The applicable law is Polish law, subject to the protection resulting from the mandatory provisions of the country of habitual residence of the consumer.
  2. The Regulations are valid from July 20, 2026
